Can I swim in my Demarco Watch?
You can absolutely swim, surf, snorkel, scuba dive, or do anything else in the water with your Demarco watch. If you didn’t know already, all Demarco watches include a waterproof warranty. That means if your watch floods, we’ll replace it, as long as you’re within the 2-year warranty period and the conditions of the warranty are met.
Are Demarco Watches made in the USA?
Demarco Watches are inspected, shipped, and partially assembled in the USA. However, this is not enough to qualify for the term "Made in USA". Currently, Demarco watches are partially assembled but not made in the USA. 
How long will it take to get my order?
We work hard to ensure you receive your Demarco watch as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled directly from our fulfillment center in Peabody, Massachusetts, giving us full control over the process and ensuring fast, reliable service.

What if the watch doesn't fit my wrist?
Our watches come with three quick-release straps designed to fit most wrist sizes comfortably. If the strap feels too tight or too loose, you can easily swap it out for a different style or size.

What's covered under Demarco's warranty?
Demarco offers a 2-year limited warranty on all watches, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a watch experiences issues due to these defects, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
